UPDATE: After reading this article Donald J. Cyphers sent us payment via Paypal for $820 ($815 for the NSF check and $5 for the bank charge).
Although, he is now claiming he is going to sue me for Defamation of Character statements and Libelous statements about him and the Montana News Association.
Everything I wrote in the below statement is completely TRUE. No defamation of character. Since when is it illegal to submit a press release about the facts? Not only this, but his character has already been defamated by his local newspapers and many blogs online by other people that have been ripped off by this man.
This page will remain up because if this is anything like other peoples experiences with this man then I know I will have much more to update.

UPDATE: I thought I should include a few sources that I have found online about Donald J. Cyphers. This way you know where I am getting my facts about past people that have been ripped off by this man. I will post more sources as I come across them.

 

Donald J. Cyphers is a scam artist! Due to his fraudulent check we no longer accept checks or money orders. We now only accept Paypal or a Certified Check issued from a bank. All certified checks have a 2 week clearing period before we will send out any units.

Please let me go into some details about Scam Artist Donald J. Cyphers:
After speaking with him on the phone I gave him my good faith. He seemed very nice. Donald posed as a distributor of HHO cells and had been ripped off by another company. He was looking to distribute our HHO units - wanted to purchase 3 units at a discounted rate, have them overnighted and from there we would do further business. I agreed to accept his check and send him 3 units, and also purchase him a scan gauge - the cost of the scan gauge was added onto the check.

After receiving the units and the scan gauge, Donald called me saying he needed 3 more units overnighted and he was overnighting the check. He gave me a fake delivery confirmation number. I was waiting for the second check to come in the mail before sending the units.

Well, the first check bounced. The second check never came. Donald disappeared and now wont answer his phone.

I owe my bank $815 for the check, $5 dollars for a returned check, I am out $66.75 USPS cost for overnighting the units to him, $169.95 for the scan gauge, and $150 in bank fees for checks that I wrote that were unable to clear. So, a grand total of $1206.70. Also add on the cost of parts put into each unit and we will round that grand total up to $1500.00.

I was the type of American that believes in people. That does not believe in ripping people off or taking advantage of people. That trusts in others. Well, that is gone now.

I just finished speaking with my friends at the Police Department and they assured me that criminal charges CAN and WILL be filed and that EXTRADITION of Donald J. Cyphers to my home state of Pennsylvania is DEFINITELY an OPTION!

After doing some research on scam artist Donald J. Cyphers I found dozens of articles which opened my eyes the type of criminal he is. I also phoned a few people Donald J. Cyphers has ripped off to hear the horror stories they have dealt with.

It saddens me to know that there are people like this running around, taking advantage of nice, honest folks. Well, he doesn't know who he is messing with this time. I am not someone that just thinks "Oh... it will cost too much money" or "Oh, it's not worth it"... I WILL FOLLOW THROUGH with the proceedings to make SURE that he NEVER does anything like this to someone else - Even if it costs me thousands of trips to Billings Montana, thousands of dollars, or many years. This man WILL be brought to justice for me and for everyone else he has taken advantage of over his 45 or so years of life.

The law is supposed to protect the innocent, the victims. Instead, they let people like this run around doing the same thing over and over again.
