Well, I've spent a ton of free time getting my 2.0 AND 1.0 working--or trying to. I've run the 2.0 with dual efie and map enhancer--and even hooked an extra 1.0 unit in series with the 2.0. Sorry to say, I haven't had any significant gains. Any gains I've seen have been less than 1 mpg and that I think can be contributed to just about anything---20 seconds less idle time for example. I've tried everything--different efie settings, running at different amps, different map enhancer settings...you name it. I've done about 6 different test runs and controlled all the variables I could---same pump, same route, same speed, same weather conditions, same time. It's interesting to note that neither my 2.0 or 1.0 has put out the advertised LPM. I've tested them seperately and tested them together. When I had them hooked in series, running at the recommended amps, I got 2.0LPM TOTAL. I should have gotten double that. With that, I'm curious....I wonder if steam is not the main gas that is created in the generators considering the amount of heat it generates. Too bad I don't have the equipment to test the actual chemical makeup of the gas that comes out. So with winter already here in Montana, I've decided to cut my losses and STOP pumping time and money into project. It would be hard to continue using it anyway in the winter since I haven't gotten the bugs worked out. If someone has a suggestion, and I've had alot of them, I'll note it and consider playing with it sometime way later. Maybe when I retire..in 10 years. Sick of screwing with it.
So now the horrible truth comes out, I didn't want to say it either, but I see no difference in any of my tests, sorry punch

i am an industrial engineer from Turkey. i have a garage. i ve been making HHO business for 1 year.

let me share my experiments with punch HHO generator:

1- i ve taken many samples from many countries. Punch product is the only one which generates the gas that is written on the catalogue,

2- i am selling 7 ltr/hour generator product which is generally applied on vehicles as bosster. fuel save effect can be considered as side benefit for our system.

3- our system is being apllied directly from the air manifolt however punch system can be apllied directly from air intake of the system.

4- i ve seen that 40 liters/hour and more gas production capacity HHO generators needs map/maf enhancers.... othervise results are just frusturation....

5- 2.0 lt and more engine capacity needs 50 Kohm resistor for map/maf enhensors. ebay suppliers send enhencers with only 30 Kohm resistors which effect the test results at negative side.

as a result of my tests on different vehicles: punch 1.0 product cand applied up to 2.0 liter engines' punch 2.0 can be apllied maximum 3.5 liters... punch products gives positive rusult only with map/maf enhencers... othervise carburateur or diesel fuel pump must be adjusted according to HHO generator.

Skoda 1.4 TDI engine 2006 model test result with punch 1.0 :

fuel consumption BEFORE punch 1.0 and map/maf sensor 2.9 liter / 100 kilometers
fuel consumption AFTER punch 1.0 and map/maf sensor 2.1 liter / 100 kilometers

0.8 LITER SAVED / 100 KMS

Hyundai Starex 2.5 CRDI 2007 model test result with punch 2.0 :

fuel consumption BEFORE punch 2.0 and map/maf sensor 8.5 liter / 100 kilometers
fuel consumption AFTER punch 2.0 and map/maf sensor 6.8 liter / 100 kilometers

1.7 LITER SAVED / 100 KMS

i ve intallation pictures ond test vidoes for punch products with map/maf sensor... i can share with who ever wants.

Please dont forget to using map/maf sensor with HHO generator since i ve lived many frustration without this product ( cost of map/maf sensor is maximum 10 usd / piece with our domestic prices and it is very easy to produce just 2 pieces 50 linear potantiometer and 30 kohm or 50 kohm resistor according to engine volume of vehicle )

thanks to everyone.....

So it works in a sense, but not as much as everyone thought it would, sorry eteman but im either going electric or im going to work on the compressed air engine that was patented in th 80's and is being applied in INDIA, but good luck with your small amounts saved.

I'm with ya Smitty....I won't be messing with anything in the near future. I would rather have a turnkey, proven system. As of now, there are none that I'm aware of. I heard the Ford is experimenting with HHo systems....maybe they'll put something out soon along with the other manufacturers. I think I'll wait and just buy something that is better in mpg. My time is precious and it could better be spent playing with my kids.

I would like to say that they might come out with a hydrogen car, but the last time i really heard talk about it was in 2000, oh well we spent time money and research for something that doesn't work the way we thought it would, until next time.............
