We dealt with the current leakage issue by building a cell that doesn't have any holes in the plates and isolates the reactive surface areas and boosting the efficiency bigtime.

Introducing the P5.0 120v hydrogen generator Operating at anywhere from 1 to 25 LPM. This unit plugs right into the wall, there is no need for car batteries and chargers to conduct your experiments or HHO HHU Home heating projects at home! The Punch 5.0 Home Unit is 55 plates and uses the same over-under Zer0 current leakage technology as the base punch 5.0 "designed for automotive use." This electrolyzer will produce .75 liters per minute of HHO for each amp it draws. As with everything we build here at PunchHHO, it is made of 316L stainless steel. This unit is laboratory quality and is built to last forever. If there is ever an issue with your Punch 5.0 home unit, simply send it back I will repair it and return it.

Introducing the P5.0 220v hydrogen generator Operating at anywhere from 1 to 50 LPM. This unit plugs right into the wall, there is no need for car batteries and chargers to conduct your experiments or HHO HHU Home heating projects at home! The Punch 5.0 Home Unit is 110 plates and uses the same over-under Zer0 current leakage technology as the base punch 5.0 "designed for automotive use." This electrolyzer will produce 1.5 liters per minute of HHO for each amp it draws. As with everything we build here at PunchHHO, it is made of 316L stainless steel. This unit is laboratory quality and is built to last forever. If there is ever an issue with your Punch 5.0 220v unit, simply send it back I will repair it and return it or replace it all together.

This is a complete system kit including the cell the controller and a 3 gallon tank. You will need to purchase your own circulation pump to make this system ready to run. I am now also including radiators in this kit and is not shown in the picture.

A complete kit for the 55 plate 120v home unit comes with a 30 amp 120v AC to DC variable controller.

A complete kit for the 110 plate 220v system comes with a 50 amp 220v AC to DC variable controller.

These are heavy duty contollers and can run @ 100% output NON stop without over heating.

Please remember this is all experimental technology! Many variables effect hydrogen-oxygen production. This is not a boxed appliance from Wal*Mart, these are parts for a larger project that you are working on. You are responsible for using these parts safely! Always keep in mind that you are working with high voltage, highly conductive water and an extremely flammable gas with oxidizer present! All safety precautions should be taken at all times!
